Would you find this morbid?

I just saw a facebook profile of one of my coworkers who lost the baby she was 8 months pregnant with back in May. The photo is of the deceased child, a baby girl that was stillborn. The baby girl has a bow in it's hair and you can see it looks like a man's hands are holding her. It's not only the photo used for a profile picture, that I find morbid, but the fact that when the baby was born dead, they took the time to dress her up for the photo. I know..who am I to judge what other people do who are grieving....but this was.......a bit much.
