Why should people without children subsidise those who breed like rabbits?

Agree with you Rolyn.Why shouldn't us sensible(!?) people get paid,for not adding to global overpopulation.By all means give aid for a first child,but after that,nothing.Self-responsibilty,seems to be absent from modern day thinking!
