New Boyfriend Help?

I been talking with this man occasionally for two months now. I met him through a personals site. Met him after work the first date, had drinks talked for hours. Got a call from him three weeks later, met up with him again. Needless to say I think I have seen him about 5 times since the first date and three of them he stayed until next day. We talk on the phone every day, text to phone daly, emails to work 2-3 times a week. He will also call me at work, if he has not heard form me. Also if he has not heard from me he will send messages "are you done with me? I still love you" The thing is, I feel that I am not a priority to him because I dont get to see him when and as much as I want to. He has a 17 yo, and I understand how they can keep you on your toes. He has stood me up twice though. The last two weekends. Am I being impatient? or do I need to dump this guy? I honestly would love for it to work, but when is enough enough? I have not seen him now for over two weeks. What is this?
