What do you do with a one month old..?

He a month and a couple days, and im not sure if i should hold him all day, or just him in his swing some, and his bouncer some, i feel bad when i just put him in something, or is that normal, he seems happy in his bouncer and swing. What do you do with your tiny little baby during the day? Thanks Oh also is it normal that he is sleeping from 11pm until 7am?
