Speeding ticket in nj?

I got a speeding ticket for going 74 in 55, that is 19 over and 4 points. The penalty is $105. Should i go to court? Will my insurance go up? Is it cheaper to go off to court and ask the prosecutor to get rid of my points? or should I just let it be? Please tell me what to do. I currently do no have any points on my license except for the ones I started with when I got my license. I am 18 years old.
