Online mental health evaluation?

Is there any type of quiz or evaluation that you can take that will name what possible mental disorder(s) you may have? I believe I stumbled upon one a few years ago but can't remeber where. Basically, I feel that I have something mentally wrong with me but cannot pinpoint exactly what it is, so I was going to take this so I could get a better idea of what it could possibly be before going to the doctor.
