How big should a rabbit hutch be for a 10lb rabbit?

I'm having someone build one for my rabbit, she's still only 3-5 lbs but being a Californian she can be up to 10.5 lbs as an adult. So how big should it be? Right now shes living in a small cage inside since its cold and spends time in a play pin-I hope that alright for her until spring.
