Honor killings, forced marriages why do you think in todays world this is still happening to women?

i agree totally,and think the UN. or somebody should start telling these deluded people to educate themselves,eg.,read a science book,instead of the quran,everyday.the clerics and extremists of Islam are keeping Their people in the 14th century.its OK to lead a simple life-look at the Amish people,but they dont mutilate and abuse their women,or run into shops with a bag of explosives.
