What do i do i havent got a clue its just buggin me and i dont want to give up but im bout to that point?

ok me and this boy have been best friends since kindergarden and we have always liked each other and we have always known too and we have been boy friend girl friend b4 but recently my feelings for him have came back and they are really strong and i know that he has feelings for me too because he asked me what i thought about us datin again and i said that i wanted to but i never got the chance to ask him what he thought about it so i have no idea but that happened sunday and its thursday so today i wrote him a note sittin in first block askin him what he thought about it cause i dont see him till fourth and i wanted to kno asap and i told him that he kinda left me hangin and that i wanted to kno how he felt and i told him he could either write me back or tell me in person and he did neither. so in other words im still danglin i just dont kno if hes changed his mind or what. but we have gym together and he acts as if he never even asked me anything why do guys have to act like that
