Is there anywhere to go snow sledding this weekend without paying? I am in san diego.?

I grew up in TJ, and whenever we wanted to see snow, we would just drive up to Big Bear, Julian, Cuyamaca and mount Palomar. I remember alwas seeing people on the side of the road just playing in the snow.
