What kind of medical conditions might require a right side drive vehicle?

I have a medical condition called fibromyalgia, and i need to reduce the amount of time i spend on my feet. with a right side drive car, i'll cut that time down everytime i go to, or get out of my car. I need a letter of exemption to import a RSD car, though, and am wondering if anyone else can think of other benefits a right side drive car can have for someone with a muscular condition?
