My 9week old miniature pom has been wobbling while walking around today?

She also cannot sit with out falling over (like as if she was drunk) she is very sleepy but she is eating and drinking, her poop is fine but i am very worried, she bumped her head this morning on a sofa leg, can some-one please please help me...???
