How can i stop making sure my babydaddy dont get my preggers i cant take any more kids or ab's?

I have 4 kids n been pregnant 10x i am 31 yrs old with no colledge n im still living with my bdaddy after 10 yrs....he cant find no job cuz white man wont hire him im sick n tire of livin up in these projects and all these roaches are biting my kids and now here i am pregant with another 1 i cannot take this anymore i want to get rid of this 1 too and get my live togethe for my kids fuchure. my kids is 2,3,4 and 6 and i thinkin of becming a layer n workin in the supeme court. i cant take any condom or birf cotrol cuz i get alergic reation n bloodclots. how can i stop having babby he is very demand with the n he wont pull out!
