Do I have some kind of nerve damage?

There is a spot on my hand where if you tap it or rub it or even just touch it I suddenly feel... idk relaxed maybe? Like it's almost... pleasurable or something. It's not as intense as if I was ticklish or anything but it's kinda like that I guess. I can't really explain it. I have it on my thigh too and just above my eyebrow (these are all symmetrical on both sides of my body). Is this some kind of nerve problem?
