Can I use a mattress as a box spring for a new memory foam mattress?

I have a memory foam mattress and trust me you need a box spring that goes with the mattress. they are very comfortable to sleep. Once you get use to it you'll never be happy with anyother kind of mattress hope you enjoy it like i enjoy mine
