Calling a crisis hotline?

They say that it's 100% confidential if you call a crisis hotline, but if I call one does that mean it will show up on my phone bill at the end of the month? I have AT&T (I don't know if that makes a difference) and I'm just afraid when my parents get the phone bill it will say that I called it. Does anyone know if that happens or not?
